Can I also pick up my order?

No, it is not possible to collect orders as we only offer delivery services.

What if my order has not yet been delivered?

If your order has not been delivered yet, please check the track & trace information first. Then contact us for further assistance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage. Also, keep all packaging materials until the problem is resolved.

What if my order is incomplete?

If your order is not complete, please contact us. We will help you to receive the missing part as soon as possible.

Is delivery abroad possible?

Yes, we deliver to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Contact us for delivery to other countries.

Why can't I track my package?

If you can't track your package, it may mean that it's not on its way yet. You will receive the track & trace link once the package has been shipped. If you haven't received a link or the problem persists, please contact us for help.

Not home for delivery, what now?

If you are not home for delivery, the delivery person will try to leave the package with your neighbours or leave it at a collection point. You will often receive a message or an update in the track & trace with further instructions. We have no influence on the delivery method of the delivery services.

Yes, there is a minimum order value for free shipping. This is €20.
