Shipping Policy

For orders under €20,- incl. VAT, you pay €6,95 in shipping costs (incl. VAT) within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders over €20,-, delivery is free.

You can specify a shipping address and a separate billing address when completing your order. Your shipping address can also be your work address, but we do not accept a PO Box address.

Delivery time

If the product is in stock, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time.

Dispatch

For private individuals we deliver from Monday to Saturday, but large, heavy packages and long items such as trampolines are not delivered on Saturdays.

For companies we deliver from Monday to Friday.

If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the driver will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If that is also not possible, the parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel shop. You can find the location of the parcel shop via your track and trace code.

Special shipments

Large orders or products with unusual dimensions will be shipped with a special carrier and delivery will be made by appointment, Monday to Friday.

If a product is temporarily out of stock or available, we will inform you as soon as possible of the expected delivery time and we will do our utmost to deliver the products as soon as possible.
